Megan is the Founder and CEO of Caywood, an AI-powered WealthTech startup based in London. Originally from San Francisco, she moved to the UK in 2016 after being awarded the Exceptional Talent Visa for her groundbreaking work in fintech.
She played a pivotal role as Chief Platform Officer in launching Starling Bank, earning recognition in Forbes 30 Under 30 for her leadership and innovation.
In 2019, Megan joined Barclays where she served as Head of Digital Strategy before being promoted to Chief Product Officer for Barclays UK. She also chaired the Digital, Tech & Cyber Board at UK Finance, shaping the future of digital banking in the UK. Megan is now also an Ambassador for Global Women in AI, shaping AI tech policy, influencing global forums, and opening more doors for women to lead, create, and innovate in this space.
