The UK FinTech Awards 2022 is open to individuals, teams and companies, aiming to recognise the entire sector’s innovation and ingenuity

Each category is designed to recognise the outstanding achievements of the entrant. Using either a written submission of between 250 and 1,000 words or a video up to three minutes in length, respond to each criterion question, citing evidence and examples where possible (please note that the overview criterion for each category—the first bullet point in each instance—does not count toward the overall written word limit. Instead, this carries a limit of 200 words on its own). Of course, if there is something you’d like to mention but isn’t covered in the criteria, make sure that you include it anyway.

Key dates and deadlines

  • Submissions must be made by 11.59pm on 28 January 2022
  • The awards ceremony is taking place on 20 April 2022 in London

General rules and requirements

  • Entrants must be based in the UK or serve the UK market to be eligible to enter the UK FinTech Awards
  • All submissions must be in English
  • Submissions can be made until 23:59 on entry deadline day
  • Although multiple submissions are encouraged, each must be unique, tailored to best demonstrate its strengths in the specific category
  • Self-nomination is required
